By using Offcut (cutoptimizer.online), you agree to these terms. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own cutting-layout planning — you may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the software, or remove any proprietary notices from it. This license ends if you violate these terms.
You're responsible for your account credentials and anything that happens under your account. You own the project data you enter (panels, stock sheets, materials); we store and process it only to provide the Service, and we don't sell it.
Offcut offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly), as shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime and keep access until the period you've paid for ends. Payments are handled by a third-party processor and are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give reasonable notice before any price increase, and prices may not include applicable taxes.
Offcut is a planning aid, provided "as is" — double-check measurements before cutting real material. We make no warranties about accuracy or uninterrupted availability, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may revise these terms or the Service at any time; material changes will be communicated before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your own country's laws.
Offcut calculates the most efficient cutting layout for panels from your available stock sheets — minimizing waste across wood, glass, metal, acrylic, and other rectangular sheet materials.
