Blade / kerf thickness iThe width of material your saw blade removes with every cut — subtracted between every pair of panels.

Panel gap / tolerance iExtra spacing between panels beyond the blade kerf — useful for expansion gaps or handling clearance.

Labels on panelsiShows each panel's name and size directly on the cutting diagram. Use only one sheet from stockiLimits the whole job to a single sheet — anything that doesn't fit is flagged instead of opening a second sheet. Consider materialiOnly matches panels to stock sheets of the same material — adds a Material column to both tables.
